Can't see full screen - moving mouse moves the view around?

Hey-

So I'm having this very bizarre problem with my iMac- the screen is too wide to fit on the whole page, and when I move my mouse, it changes the view on my screen. I'm not sure how to better describe it...when I move my mouse right, my applications shift left so I can see more of the screen at right. I've tried changing my resolution and looking through the user panel to see if I can fix it, but nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Sounds like you used the Zoom feature from Universal Access. It is turned on/off in System Preferences Universal Access pane, in the Seeing tab. If it is ON, Option-Command with the = and - keys will zoom in and zoom out respectively. Pressing Control and using your mouse scroll wheel will also zoom in and out. Once you zoom in, moving the mouse will do what you described.

Just zoom out all the way using one of the methods I mentioned, and it should be back to normal. It's actually a useful feature, but you can disable it in that System Preferences pane.
