I really need help!

i wanted to see what would happen if i was to upgrade my mac pro laptop to 10.5.2, well nothing works as it should anymore. My audio studders, and i can't play my quicktime movies, everything is just slow, i let my laptop be the gennipig. Any solutions?

mac pro, Mac OS X (10.5.1)

Downgrade that sucker to 10.4. That's the only way!
