Can't Log Into Etrade

I am trying to log into my etrade accaount and it keeps giving me an error saying only the account user could log into the account. I could get on via my PC and my laptop or any other computer, but it will not let my IPhone log in. Is there some sort of setting that I need to do? If so how, please be specific.Thanks' in adavnce.
