Drop Capitals - How?

There's no one-click way to do it, but it can be done with a text box. Reduce its size to fit one capital letter, and define it as Floating in the Wrap inspector.

Use the search to find some useful replies when I asked this very question a few months ago.

Can't recall if inline graphics are supported as am head deep on another engine, but try creating the capital standalone and save the standalone capital as PDF, then place the PDF and use the bounding box to run the lines right.

Remember that to run the lines right, the rest of the word is set in small upper case / small caps, spaced rather than compressed. And the lines are run relative to the slope of the capital, if V than first line further in and if L first line further out.

Bye the bye, didn't the lads at Linotype publish that they had this ready to roll for TrueType 2 long, long ago. One should try to dig out what they were doing and see if there is still support somehow.
