When does new user get new minutes from ATT
When do I get my new minutes? Not the first of the month?
Thanks,

You get your new minutes when you new month starts. This could be any day of the month. Look at your bill to see what day your billing cycle starts on.

I've yet to get a bill. So it is done on a billing date?
What if my bill date in the 22nd. I have to conserve my mins until then, so I don't go over the limit and get charged? That would be 3 weeks of Feb. and 3 weeks of March. Six weeks on the original 450 mins. Is that right?
If I call ATT will they have billing info? (Will I get someone who speaks English?)

al1776,
Log into your account on http://www.wireless.att.com/
It will show when your bill is due, and when your billing cycle ends. There is some variation on when billing cycles end.
Hope this helps,
Nathan C.

So should I expect them to give me 450 minutes tomorrow (March 2)?
Will my current minutes roll or do I lose those in first month?

If your first month is a partial month, those minutes don't rollover.
Although it sounds like your usage patterns are about like mine. On the 450 minute plan, I am up to nearly 2000 rollover minutes since July 25.
