I received an email which has lots of links, but most of the links don't work on my Mac (OS 10.3.9) but they work fine on my PC at work. I find this strange, would be happy to forward the email so you can see it it works on your machine. FWIW I can download PDFs fine from those links, but the links which link to websites don't work, it you see what I mean. Presumably it's to do with the html with which the email is written, I know nothing about such things but am trying to help the sender...
Thanks,
Michael

What browser is set as your default? If you copy the links form the e-mail and paste them into the address bar of the browser, do they work? If not, what does happen?
Firefox is default browser. When I copy the links from the e-mail and paste them into the address bar of the browser they rather unexpectedly do a Google search for those words.
"Clicking on This Link takes me back to this topic, is that what you would expect?" If you mean you clicked on the
The Link, in the
notification Email, then yes.
The link in that Email worked, so the problem is not on your
Mac, but with how the sender is formatting the links being sent to you.
