Hard Drive not starting

Help anyone, I am unable to start my powerbook G4 (aluminum)for few days now, i tried all that i could, taking the battery out holding the power button 5, 10 sec, nothing works, yes my power cord is working, the hard drive is not spinning, last year it happened and i was able to start it by connecting it to another powerbook via a firewire cable, but this time i am far from home visiting a city where everyone used PC, i tried resetting the PMU as described on an apple help site, did not work, does anybody knows if that model has a reset button inside the computer i could access if i were to be able to remove the front panel? one note is that my battery is totally empty, seems that i dont have enough power to start up, i would appreciate all the advices i could get 🙂
