Voice Recognition Software

Not sure if I'm posting in the right area--I am disabled and looking for voice recognition software that will work for typing emails & working in Word. I have alot of trouble at times with pain in my hands and that makes typing very limited. Thank you for any recommendations!

    I have not used it, but it wouldn't earn best of Macworld show without doing something right. Recent reviews also state they changed the engine to one which learns your speech pattern much better than previous versions, and being comparable to that found on the best PC dictation software.
