Itunes 7.6 crash

My itunes keeps on crashing everytime i try to use it (play songs, highlight a few items for playlist purposes) and everytime this happnes, the same error pops out, something to do with ntdll.dll.

Can anybody help me on this? i tried reinstalling the entire package (quicktime, itunes, installing an older version of itunes (7.5) but it still crashes.
