BIG Sofware Update List-what installation order??

I JUST received a new Powerbook with 10.4.2 installed. I connected to the internet and Software Update ran yielding the following list of new software/updates for my computer:

Pages Update 1.0.2
Apple intermediate Codec 1.0.1
Keynote Update 2.0.2
GarageBand Update 2.0.2
Java 1.3.1 and 1.4.2 Release 2 2.0
iTunes Phone Driver 1.0
iPod Updater 2005-09-23
QuickTime 7.0.3
iTunes 6.0.1
Mac OS X Update 10.4.3

Can someone tell me how and in what order I should install this sofware list?? I am TOTALLY familiar with the functioning and use of Software Update. I am looking for any suggestions as to which in the above list to install FIRST? Can I install all in one fell-swoop as suggested by the "install" checkboxes?? Should I install one software update before/after another?? Should I NOT install an update for the time being for some reason??

Thanks for your help!!

Scott

Just like Templeton said, this isn't a problem.

Software Update knows about dependencies and will not show you an update that depends on another update you have yet to install. This is why immediately after performing an update, Software Update will check one more time for any new updates. Sometimes, if you've let a bunch of updates pile up, you'll finish going through the full set only to be presented with one or more new updates that SU didn't show you the first time around.

One thing I would do though is not use Software Update, just use it as a tool to see what's available then download the appropriate installer from the website. This way if your internet connection goes down, you won't be left with an incomplete upgrade.

Also downloading the installers means you won't have to download them again in the future should you have to do a reinstall.

Deselect 10.4.3 and Quicktime 7.0.3 and download the standalone installers. The rest I'd run through SU then do repair permissions, 10.4.3, repair gain, QT, then repair again.

I never permit delta installers for Tiger or Quicktime. I suspect the package for QT is about the same size anyway. Plus you then keep these majore ones for reinstalls.
