Can't configure Time Capsule wirelessly -Error Reading Configuration

I installed the Time Capsule software from the disk and attempted to configure the device. Every time I updated it, it would take a long time to restart and then would give me an 'Error Reading Configuration' message. I can configure it reliably when connected via Ethernet, but then I still have time out errors when trying to connect to the network after disconnecting the cable.

Anybody else having this problem? Any advice?

Yes, I have the same problem during setup, but no solution, yet. I was previously using an Airport Extreme and assumed that Airport Utility would be able to do it's thing wirelessly. I then turned off Time Capsule and went back to Airport Extreme and the Utility did the setup wirelessly - no problem.
I have no clue what to do. But I will try the wired ethernet connection next.

I've managed to resolve the error code by the following:
1. Turn Off Airport Card
2. Unplug Power Cable to Time Capsule
3. Disconnect Ethernet Cables
4. Wait 30secs
5. Plug in Power Cable to Time Capsule and allow unit to power up.
6. Connect via Ethernet to the ethernet ports on the Time Capsule
7. Airport Utility should know locate, but importantly allow you access to configure Manual set-up

Hope this helps
