printing address book for filofax

If you go to page setup on a "regular" printing program - Text Edit will do - and drop down the paper size list, the last item will be "manage custom sizes". Select this and you can specify your own page size (eg 9.5x17.2cm) and give a name - filofax for example - to that size. Now if you select print in any application - including address book - that paper size will be available. Maybe if you use the list printing option it will give you what you need.

I have had success with creating a custom paper size (5.5" by 8.5") using "Manage Custom Sizes" and printing for my DayRunner with Address Book's print lists facility. Only problem: I find I must print landscape. If I try for portrait the result is a mess. It seems strange to me that "Manage Custom Sizes" can't be accessed from Address Book. One must go to some other application (e.g., Safari where I am now) to access File/Page Setup.

Have you experimented with the various options under File/Print in Address Book?

If you have a Bluetooth Mobile Phone. iSync it and it will download your MAC Address book to the cell (mobile) phone! I know it isn't what you have asked for but... it does save the printing
