Expression Pedal to control Modulation. . .

Hi. I have an Edirol PCRM80 Keyboard and a Roland EV-5 Expression pedal. I like using the expression pedal just to control the expression but sometimes i want to switch it to control the modulation. Is this possible and if it is, how do i get it working?

Thanks, Ben 🙂

In the environment create a transformer object to change controller #11 (expression) to #1 (modulation) Patch it between the input and the instrument.

I'm not at the studio to confirm but, either you double click on the object to open its parameters or you open the parameters section on the far left of the environment window. After that its like the transform window. You set "if/then" so that if incoming midi is equal to a controller #11, the outgoing midi is equal to a controller #7. All other parameters are set to thru. I'll check this when I get to work if I have time.
