Stupid Apple!

i hate apple,
day one: recieved itouch, everything working fine. connected it to my laptop
still fine, sync'd my music on it still fine. Apple pop up!! up date your itouch, i click ok like a idiot! the update crashed my ipod and now its stuck with the cable and itunes logo and wont go further. connected to itunes, ipod wont show. restearted the ipod and the pc nothing! reinstalled itune nothing! any suggestions.

i have the latest itunes

You may want to take it back to the Apple store and have it looked at.

A lot of ppl get frustrated when something wrong happens with something they just bought... If you're within your 30days, I too suggest you return it to the store and get the apple insurance. Apple is really good about fixing stuff. 🙂 good luck!

Hi
Have you got the latest Apple software?{V7.6.1}
If not uninstall the old apple software and install the latest. Then connect your iPod touch and restore.
You will loose all the songs in your ipod touch.
Once the restore is complete go again and update for the latest iPod Touch firmware.
[Did your iPod touch come with the January apps too by the way. If so when your restore it should go to the factory installed status, I guess. Someone will correct me if wrong}
