iTunes gets wrong cd track names

I made some songs in Garageband, exported them to iTunes, and burned them to cd, including the cd text. I then took the cd, and put it in another computer with iTunes installed. On the computer I burned the cd on, the track names are just what I set them to, however on the other computer, they are incorrect. The second computer queries gracenote cddb, but it returns track names for some metal group instead of mine. How can I fix this?

The first computer is a macbook, running OS X (10.5.2).
The second computer is a laptop running Windows XP Pro.

Insert the CD in the first computer with the correct info.
Open iTunes and select the CD.
Menu Advanced -> Submit CD track names to send the info to Gracenote.

I have come across the same problem and the submit hasn't worked for me either. I just do a print screen of the iTunes burned disc and printed that as reference for when I use the cd on a different computer.
