Does ATT Do ROLLOVER Minutes with iPhone?

I'm aware ATT is the new Cingular... (freakin advertising)....

Do "rollover minutes" still exist?

I just got and activated my iphone last night and am wondering if this feature is still avaliable. especially since I just switched to ATT.

(Though Verizon has better service where i live in Los Angeles)
