iTunes -1309 Filesize copy error?

I'm trying to copy a 4,1 GB movie onto my iTunes. My iTunes library is located at my WD MyBook drive.
When I try to copy it over, I get this filesize limit error (-1309). As I understand it, the system has a limit of 4 GB.

How can I get this over to my iTunes?

Open the Advanced section of the iTunes preferences, turn off the option to automatically copy the content to the iTunes Music folder, drag the movie into the open iTunes window, turn the option back on, and leave the file in its original location.
