fully charged battery only works for 30 minutes ?!

Hello ,
pardon for my poor English.
I've bought my MBP in May 2007, it's been working perfectly till recently. About 3 weeks ago i found that in condition of fully charged, the battery works only for 30 minutes and it would shut down when the rest time of the battery is "14 mins" . I've checked the status of the power, the Cycle counts of the battery is 32, is it alright ? I also downloaded the MacBook Pro Battery Update 1.2, but it didn't work for my battery.. Then I've checked the battery exchange program, but the SN of my battery doesn't end with U7SA/U7SB or U7SC.
Now I could do nothing myself, I really want to know what should I do ? I did use my MBP in a right way ! Can I change my battery ? If yes , how ? If not , how then...... ?
Waiting for your answer and many thanks !!

It meets the criteria for a free replacement, specifically "Battery exhibits low charge capacity/runtime when using a fully charged battery with a battery cycle count (as shown in System Profiler) of less than 300"
