frontpage for Mac?

I have viewed several threads on this forum which have led me to believe that iWeb is not Frontpage for Mac. I have inherited a Web site that was authored with Frontpage 2003 on a PC. I would like to import it to my MacBook Pro and maintain and improve it with a Mac-compatible application. I thought iWeb might work, but it seems I cannot download an existing site. I was thinking about using Bootcamp and WinXP so I could continue using Frontpage on my laptop, but there must be a better way. Is there a MAc application that has similar functionality to Frontpage? Thanks for any help.
