Dell M5200 Printer Won't Work...

I'm in the category of many others where a PC printer that was working fine under Tiger won't work under Leopard.

Our office has a Dell M5200 printer, which does not have a Mac driver. I have used the generic postscript driver in the past with this machine with no problems. So, I had the Mac add a new printer. It found the M5200 using Bonjour and selected the generic printer driver to use with it. Everything came up normally, and I selected the Dell to print to from several different applications. The printer launches and shows the document being spooled to the printer. It disappears, but nothing prints out.

I have tried adding the printer (which is made by Lexmark) using several different printer drivers, including Gutenprint. I have also attempted to add the printer through CUPS (at localhost:631) using SAMBA. Again, the printer shows up and the Mac communicates with it (even allowing me to access the printer functions via Web browser), but it won't print anything out.

Suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated!
