screen moving slightly when I move the cursor

This morning, my Ibook g4 screen started doing something a bit odd:

When I move my cursor around the screen, the screen moves ever so slightly in the opposite direction of the cursor. To try to make this a bit clearer: When I move the cursor to the bottom of the screen, the top of the screen moves up enough that my clock is partially off the top of the screen

In addition, the screen seems to be a bit more blurry than normal.

Any ideas on what might be causing this? Software or Hardware?

Thanks.

OK, the people at Small Dog figured it out....

In case anyone else is experiencing a similar "problem", I had inadvertently hit option-apple-8 which turns on a "zoom" function for disability access of some sort. To "fix" the "problem" I just needed to hit it again.

How I ever accidentally hit that combination, I'll never know!
