Disk clone and bootcamp

hi,

I've changed my MBP original HDD (120gb) with a new one (250 Gb).
I've added two partitions table (GUID Partition Table) with Disk utilty (mac 220gb +win 25 gb)
So i've use disk utility to restore my old hdd partition.
Now Mac partition it's ok, but windows partition doesn't work and report the error (non bootable disk)...
SO how i can restore boot partition on windows without format/delete alla data?
