Shuffling albums

Shuffling albums

I have my iPod set to shuffle albums. Sometimes it will, but most of the time it shuffles individual songs. I have double checked the settings, and it does say "albums" in both iTunes and the iPod. Why is this and how do I correct it?

Shuffle albums will start with a songs and play he rest of that album in order.
It may start at any song in an album. It does not necessarily start with the first song.

It will play one song from an album, then play a song from a second album, then one one from a third, etc. It is not starting in the middle of the album.
