Problem with incoming mails "iso-8859"

After upgarde to Tiger I have sometimes problems with incoming Emails:
Email looks like this:

Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

I have another MAC with Panther and can read same mail without any problems!
