Converting rm files

Hi out there,
Does anyone have suggestions about converting rm files (real player media files) to a format that iMovie will accept?
I'm new at this so I'd really appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Pablo

Visual Hub's documentation says that it can convert some .rm files (legacy RealMedia). Apparently .rm is like Quicktime, in that it is a container format. Visual Hub can open the container, but may or may not be able to understand the codec inside. MPEG Streamclip is free, highly regarded, and can covert some file types, but their documentation doesn't mention RealMedia. Here's a write-up on Visual Hub:

Whatever software you use, convert the files into .dv (DV Stream) for easiest import into iMovie.
