Open Directory Replica Error value = 1255

I configured three XServe one as an Open Directory Master, second as Mail Server with an Open Directory Replica and third as a Quicktime Streaming Server with an Open Directory Replica.

I tried to configure a fourth XServer (after a clean installation) as an Open Directory Replica but when I tried to create the replica for the first time the Server Admin display the following "Open Directory Replica Error value 1255".

What this mean? How can I finally get the OD replica Done? Is there a document that list all posible OD Errors?

I have done this type of configuration with Tiger without any error or problem.
