German keyboard layout and braces

On my PowerBook I use the german keyboard layout where I have to press "Option" + "5" or "6" to get square brackets. Since switching from Tiger to Leopard this does not mork anymore. I guess I have to switch some preferences, but which?

Go to system preferences/international/input menu and make sure only the box for German is checked.
