Re-Download Bought Songs on iTunes?

If I bought songs on iTunes and later on deleted that song or re-formatted the HDD, Is there a way to re-download that same song without re-paying for that song within iTunes?

Basically, Can I download the same song multiple times if paid once?

According to the Agreement you sign when you set up an account on iTunes, when you press agree, you can only download purchased songs once. However, if you send iTunes Store support an email, they might be able to help you as they did with me. I lost all my music and was able to re-download it.

itunes will typically allow you to re-download purchased music one time. This is one time, one incident only. So if you are talking about re-downloading one or two songs, do you really want to waste any help they give on that. Now if your talking a few albums worth or so I guess... After you do straighten out your music situation make sure you immediately make a backup of any files you don't care to lose in the future, this is your responsibility!
