Multiple Printers on AirPort Express 802.11n

I don't think airtunes is a product feature of the Extreme base stations or time capsule. I think Airport Express was designed with this functionality in mind...

I can't speak for Time Capsule, coz I don't own one. But I own three gigabit ethernet Extreme base stations, and know all of them lack any kind of audio out jack...

If you are running to an A/V system, Apple TV is much cooler for streaming music, IMHO...

I just bought an AXP at a local Apple Store. While there, I was told multiple printers would work, wouldn't work, not to try it and that it might work by several different employees. I bought it since I could try it and exchange it for an AXT if it didn't do this properly.
I now have an Epson 2200 and a Brother MFC 9700 connected and printing perfectly. They both show up as Bonjour printers. The only problem I had was adding the 2200 to one of our computers. For some reason I kept getting errors at first. Then I hit the Auto Select button for the drivers and it added properly. I don't know why this happened, since I used the default all along, there you go.

can you tell me what that AXP is that you bought, and how set your 2 printers up? That would be very helpful as I try to get two Brother laser printers working through one Airport Express....

AXP = Airport Express

This is still working well for me. My AXP dropped out once, requiring it be restarted, but other than that no problems.
Leopard even has Brother print drivers built in, so you don' t need to install anything else.

thanks for your reply... how did you set up the 2 printers. One on USB, and the other one on Ethernet, or did you use a hub? It would be great to get some more info how you physically made them work both at the same time...

I attached both printers to a USB hub connected to the Airport Express.
