Serious screen corruption problems in safari 3.1

I'm having some serious problems with safari. this has been the same problem since safari 3.0.2.

The browser window is corrupted horrible. Can't make anything out. Also all web pages are corrupted to the point that you can't make sence of what it is showing. I have re-installed it. I have downlaoded it again using a differnt browser to reinstall. None of those steps work at all. As it stands now, this is completly unusable

Here's a picture so you have an idea of what i am talking abut

Both versions worked with no problems. Only around 3.0.3 or 3.0.4 (i forget the exact version, figured it was a temp bug introduced with a new beta) or so that it stopped working. I've tried every public beta, all had the problems since that point.

I also am sure it's not a graphics card river, since nothing else on my entire system has any troubles and i use quite a few programs that use the 3d card in some fashion and none of them have troubles

This cannot be reproduced, so it must be something to do with your PC.

Here's how to nail down the cause: If you view this web page from other browsers, do the images get corrupted like this? If not, you can rule out your transmission and your connection.

Most of the IE7 and Firefox interface uses the Theme of your Windows. For instance, both Firefox and IE use AeroGlass or Non-Aeroglass, depending on what you select. Safari is 100% skinned, and the page rendering is the same way.

So it could be that your graphics hardware or software or not operating properly. Try booting in Safe Mode and see if it looks OK. Try different graphics driver versions and see if it makes a difference to the corruption.
