I'm looking for a new email server that works well with both windows and mac operating systems. My work email (a "lotus domino web access" account) works very poorly on my mac at home. I am broke and don't want to buy a .mac account. Does anyone know how well gmail accounts work with macs? Thanks in advance.

Gmail works great. It does get a bit wonky now and then but overall its been a charm. The 'wonky' bit is the erractic service at times where I can't seem to login but its limited so don't fret. After all it is beta and it is free so who's complaining?

The only catch is you need to find someone to invite you in...

GMail works great with the Mac. I haven't had a problem and I've been using it since the day it went live on April 1, 2004.
