In Numbers, how do I add text together from two different cells?

How would I go about adding two cells text together?
Ex.

A1 = Hi
A2 = EVERYONE
A3 = Hi EVERYONE !!

So A3 is a combination of two text cells and an additional "!!" to the mix.

This is probably really easy but I'm pulling my hair out...
