Hi. I work with Logic and use lots and lots of instances of the EXS24 for my tracks. Mainly because i sample a lot. I have many many samples all loaded and organised in the EXS24. I am using Ableton Live for my live show. It would be great if i could use the EXS24 from within Ableton Live, which can read AU and VST instruments.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
Also, someone mentioned the EXSP24. I dont know whether this would do the job?
If anyone could offer any advice id appreciate it. . .
Thanks, Ben 🙂

I know that. Ive heard of the EXS 'P' 24 (EXSP24) which apparently does the same thing but you can get as a VST. I use EXS24 so much that i would want something that can read my exs and rex files and thats very very low CPU. This is why i want to get hold of a copy of the EXSP24 as a mac VST?
As far as the REX files, Ableton now comes with something they call racks which works great with REX files. If you find a way to insert EXS24 as a VST please post it since I haven't heard of such a thing.
I need to find a sampler that i can use with all my hundreds of exs patches. It would be ideal if live let you convert them into racks for example? If not, i need a really really low CPU sampler that can read EXS and rex files that i can use in Live?
