Annoying "error" sound coming from speakers

I can't figure out what it is, its error sound kind of like a thu every 3 seconds, i thought it might be an application that was stuck and wouldnt open properly, so i configured all apps not to open at start up bt the sound still continues.... it s coming from the speakers because when i mute them i cant hear it anymore

its extremely annoying please someone helppp!!!!!
