Airport Express with a Switch/Hub
I have an Extreme basestation connected to my cable modem and my G4. I want to put the Express downstairs where I have a MS box (acting as a HTPC). I'd like to also be able to connect my DVR and Receiver. I was thinking that I could connect the single ethernet port on the Express to a switch (or perhaps a hub) and connect all 3 devices (and potentially more if I get a 360 or PS3) to it.
Is this even possible? This switch I am looking at is the Netgear GS105 (or perhaps using my old Buffalo WRT-G54 router). I'm a very recent Mac convert (don't let the old G4 fool you, it was a donation gift from an architect friend who was updating his equipment) so I'm not entirely up to speed on the peripherals capabilities.
Thanks.
