Importing Panasonic SDR-SW20

Hi all,
I assume this is already written down, but perhaps...

Recently I go an Panasonic SDR-SW20, recording on an SD card:

1) Files end with .mod and .moi
2) Upgraded to FCE 4.0 because it can import AVCHD
3) _I feel fooled_ as it sais _in grey_ that only Intel works. This I am used from Redmond until now.
4) Downloaded Voltaic as this might work but didn't. - perhaps I am too dim to make it happen.

I got my "old" Pana working with tape on DV. NEVER had any problems!

Can you help me get this one working? Please!
