iPhone UK Voicemail Settings

Hi, does anyone know is there a way to change the default length of time that the phone rings before it diverts to voicemail? i reckon my phone only rings for 10-15 seconds before diverting to voicemail, often thats not long enough for me to realise its ringing, and get it out of my pocket......

but id ring network provider they should be able to help
