Depress/hold the Option key at startup. This will activate the Startup Manager. Your 10.3 disk should be one of the options to select as the startup disk.
ok it got me to a blue screen wit to arrows to push the 1st one is an arrow that is like a half circle and the 2nd arrow is like a normal arrow pointing right that does nothing but the other arrow does some thing becuase that little clock thing starts and if you restart it it jsut goes back to the grey screen please help
You need a Mac OS 9 or Mac OS X CD to resolve this issue. Find the person you bought it from and ask for the original disks, or phone 1-800-SOS-APPL if you're in the United States and ask for replacements.
Question: We had a Mac with OS X and loved it! A few months back it went blue screen and a blinking cursor. We tried to restore with the restore sysytem disk but that did not work. So we put it in the closet and have not touched it. any suggestions?? we would like to salvage the Harddrive for the music library and pics. Thanks!
