Associated Production Music is royalty free too?!

Hi to everybody,

I'm producing an inidie movie and I need to know if the use of the music contained in the "associated Production Music" I've found in the Soundrack Pro resources are royalty free too...

Thanks!

Hi, when you run the audio content installer you get this splashscreen
!http://www.rdiv.com/screenshots/STP_AudioContentSplash.jpg!

Then you get the license agreement which 99.9% of the time nobody reads. In it there is the following clause
d) Soundtrack Pro. You may use the Apple and third party audio file content (including, but not limited to, the built-in sound files, samples and impulse responses) (collectively the “Audio Content”), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your film, video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Audio Content, however, individual audio files may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound files or music beds.

Now I'm no lawyer nor do I work for Apple Inc., but my best guess is that this means ALL the audio content supplied is royalty free.

Note that this post would not even be considered proof by Judge Judy. 🙂 For a definitive answer I guess you'd need to consult a real lawyer or talk to Apple Support.
