So, I'm looking for something similar to the "alyeska.altervista.org" link but for video. I could be wrong but I don't think "myflashfetish.com" provides free video flash players. I just just need to embed some video on my website (and I don't want to use Quicktime because that can just be saved to anyones desktop).

Also, I want to make the pages in iWeb so that they can be viewed on any size screen (when the site is viewed online). I would like to make the pages so that the browser can be made bigger or smaller and never have scrollbars-- unless the browser is made really really small of course. It seems that in iWeb you have to choose the size of the page. I think what I'm looking to be able to do is called making a "dynamic" page; but I have no idea what I'm talking about at this point, haha. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Then use Flash.

You can download the video too, but as they say, ignorance is the best protection.

Here is a sample to embed what you want. Then proceed to the other pages for details.

Then stick to what you do know about.

Anyway, you want a one size fits all window? A bit of [searching would have found it|http://discussions.apple.com/message.jspa?messageID=6948983#6948983].

Drag the lower righthand corner of your browser window.

It cannot be done with iWeb.
