Help with yahoo canada mail

When I set up yahoo canada mail on my ipod using the other option and filling out all the pop information. It won't load my email. It says "Load 25 More Messages... 119 messages total, 119 unread"
I touch that and a spinning thing appears. It goes away after a couple of seconds. But I can't see my messages. It says the exact same thing. I have tried resetting up the email account on the ipod. I have tried restoring it. I can send messages. I can see the messages on the server. it just won't load them.
Also my other email accounts work on it.
And I can still access my yahoo canada mail via thunderbird or the yahoo website.
