Instructions to open ports on Time Capsule: simplified

I can't seem to mind the instructions on how to open up ports in Time Capsule. Specifically 6881. I would be very grateful if someone could please provide me with detailed instructions on how to do this. Thanks.

Thanks for the directions. The problem is my Time Capsule is routed through a Netgear router, so my connection sharing has to be off? Is there anyway around this problem?
