How do I set up a signature that includes my company logo that is visible when others open my mail?

I have dragged a logo with contact info into my signature window formatted as a .tiff, .jpg, .pdf, etc. and when I compose new mail it is visible precisely as I have set it up. However, it is visible only to other Mac recipients that receive my mail. Window recipients either cannot see it or see it only as an attachment.

Please advise.
