lexmark z730 series, no drivers, any other way out ??

Probably know the answer which would be "bin the printer" but wanted to see if there is someone who could help me with installing/using lexmark z738 printer on my new mac which has no drivers for it and there is no help on the web for it either. Any ideas guys or is it to the bin ?
