accidentally deleted photos on iphone

Not that I'm aware of. There is not a "Recycle Bin" on the phone, like there is on a PC.

There is no Trash bin.

After selecting the Trash icon to delete a photo, there is a red Delete Photo button and a Cancel button.

Selecting the red Delete Photo button deletes the photo immediately. It is not moved to a Trash bin first which doesn't exist.

What if the photo was added as a contact photo? It has to be in there somewhere right.

At a very reduced resolution of the photo, but if contacts are synced with a supported application on your computer that is also capable of adding a photo to information for a contact, such as with the Address Book application or with Entourage on a Mac, or with Outlook on a PC, the photo will be available there also.
