Restore LaCie disk icon

I had to initialize my external LaCie FW-disk, due to a mistake in Retrospect Express. is there any way of getting the LaCie disk icon back for the disk, or am I stuck with Apples generic yellow FiWi icon?

Found the answer googling the internet. Go to LaCie:s website and download the .dmg that has your disk icon(s) in it. Mount the disk, select the image and choose Edit - Copy.

Now, open the Get Info for your drive and click on the small image at the upper left corner (make sure you see a tiny shadow surrounding the image). Then Edit - Paste. And voila! You have got your disk "back" on the Desktop.
At least this worked for me under both Tiger and Leopard.
