Pro Tools LE and new Quicktime

I'm running OSX10.4.11 and Pro Tools LE 7.3 cs6. Are there any compatibility issues with the new QT update (7.4.5) and Core Audio 7.3? I'm still using QT 7.2.0. The last time I tried to upgrade (QT 7.3) I couldn't get any audio through QT and went back to 7.2.
