Since updating to 1.1.4 Safari won't save my login info for the bank site. I have to enter my ID and answer a security question before putting in my password every time now. I've checked my cookie settings and set it to "Always" but it is still not working. I have also cleared all of my cookies, history and cache and then restarted the phone but still no go. Any ideas?

The cookie should store your ID, but not the password, and I don't believe a cookie has any bearing on the prompt for a security question being provided/required by Bank of America for the login.
Did you clear cookies with Safari quit? With Safari open, press and hold the Home button for 5 seconds or so until Safari quits and your iPhone returns to the Home screen. Select clear cookies twice and then launch Safari.
Making snide comments about the users who visit this forum to try to help isn't going to win you any friends. Have you considered what your observation means? Perhaps that 150 people didn't know the answer?
Perhaps we should all have answered and said "I don't know the answer."
I use the B of A site regularly and don't have the problem you describe. I check "Remember my ID on this computer" the first time and any time I clear cookies (the ID is saved in a cookie). It also asks a challenge question when I enter the ID after clearing cookies, because it uses a cookie for that also. So the most likely possibilities for your problem are:
1. You have Safari set to not save cookies.
2. You periodically clear cookies.
3. You don't check the box to save your online ID when you sign in.
After you have considered all of these if you still have the problem call B of A online assistance. I've found them very helpful on several occasions.
