Importing PSD for background

Hello,

I am importing a PSD file for a background and while I was editing in photoshop I changed the opacity of one of my layers down to 20% but when it is brought into DVD studio Pro it comes in as 100%
when I view the file in preview it is correct but as soon as I import it loses the 20% opacity.

is there any one else who has had this problem?
