how to label itunes tracks?

Right click the song and choose Get Info - you can enter information on teh second tab

For Mac read Option-click when you see someone mention right-click.

Select all the songs to start with, use Option-I to "Get info" on the album, enter the album title, artist (if one or two tracks have guests put the album artist here & amend later) album artist, genre, year, no. of tracks etc. then click OK.

Now select the first track, use Option-I to "Get Info", enter the track name & amend the artist details if required. Use the Next & Previous buttons to move between tracks until you've entered all the information.

That's command-I, not option-I.

Select the album then menu Advanced - *Get CD track names*.

Also, go to iTunes prefs -> Advanced Importing
Tick *Automatically retreive CD track names from Internet*.
This will get the info when you insert a CD and open iTunes.
